These terms govern your purchase and use of any digital products sold through finabre.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. finAbrè is operated by Liam Adir Clein, a sole proprietor registered in Israel.
finAbrè sells the finAbrè Finance Tracker, a digital spreadsheet template available in EUR and USD versions for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. The file is delivered digitally and immediately upon purchase. No physical product is shipped.
Payments are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase contract is with Paddle as the reseller. finAbrè is currently priced at €19 EUR (approximately $21 USD) as an early bird launch price. This price will increase to €25 EUR (approximately $27 USD) no later than when the Founding Members community launches. All prices are subject to change.
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your own personal financial tracking. You may customise it for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the file with others, use it as the basis for a competing product, or remove finAbrè attribution.
All content on finabre.com and within the finAbrè Finance Tracker is the intellectual property of Liam Adir Clein trading as finAbrè. The finAbrè name and brand assets may not be used without prior written permission.
finAbrè is a personal finance tracking tool, not financial advice. Exchange rates are for informational purposes only. The product is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, finAbrè shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (delivering your purchase), legitimate interests (product communications), legal obligation (tax records), and consent (marketing emails). You may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Payments for finAbrè products are processed by Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle's own refund policy applies to all purchases and takes precedence where relevant. This page summarises how refunds work in practice.
Because finAbrè sells digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, sales are generally final. However, statutory rights and Paddle's buyer protections apply as described below.
You have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase and receive a full refund. This right does not apply if you have given express consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. At checkout, Paddle asks you to confirm this consent explicitly. If you confirm, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that purchase.
If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents you from accessing the product as described, contact us first at people@finabre.com. If we are unable to resolve the issue, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Refund requests are handled by Paddle directly. To request a refund, use the "View receipt" link in your order confirmation email and select the refund option, or visit paddle.net. Refund requests must be made within the applicable statutory period from the date of purchase.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record and the entity that charges your card, all payment disputes should be raised directly with Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle recommends contacting them before initiating a chargeback with your bank. If you have a question about your order, you are also welcome to reach us at people@finabre.com.
Issue with your purchase? Contact us at people@finabre.com and we will sort it out.
We are happy to clarify anything. Reach us at people@finabre.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
